Tax deductions for donations
Donations you make (whether one-time or recurring) to the Marta T.F. Foundation entitle you to tax benefits. These benefits depend on whether you are an individual or a legal entity, as well as on the part of Spanish territory in which you are located. Please read the information below carefully.
Individuals – Tax deduction for donations in Personal Income Tax (IRPF, Spain)
A partir de 2020 la desgravación por donaciones hasta 250€ en España es del 80%. Es decir, por una donación de 250€ te desgravas 200€ por lo que a ti solo te cuesta 50€. Para donaciones superiores a 250€, te desgravas el 40%.
Importante: Esta mejora fiscal no se aplica fuera de España, ni tampoco al País Vasco ni a Navarra, que mantienen una deducción del 30% y del 25% respectivamente del total aportado
Legal entities – Tax deduction for donations (Spain)
The tax deduction for your company will be 40% on contributions or donations, and 50% if you have donated the same amount or more in the previous two years.
